Unit 508 - Under Agreement!

On Sunday we got an offer on our condo. After going back and forth 3 times on a price we signed an agreement last night. Craig and I are very happy with the final negotiated offer. We aren't getting our hopes up because nothing is certain until the closing. The inspection is scheduled for this Saturday. April 20th is the Purchase and Sales signing then they close May 31st. The nice thing is that the buyer (a dr at MGH) is only taking out a loan for $150k because her parents are putting down the balance as the down payment. I don’t see how a bank will not lend them the money.... We are keeping our fingers cross that everything works out, please do the same!
